Nashra acts solely as a technology provider. We do not control, review, or endorse user content.

To use Nashra, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. User Content & Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or send using Nashra, including posts, emails, and subscriber data (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your content

• Ensuring you have permission to contact your subscribers

• Complying with applicable email and data protection laws

Nashra does not pre-review content but reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Email Sending & Deliverability

Nashra uses third-party email delivery providers (such as Mailgun) to send emails.

You agree that:

• You will only send emails to subscribers who have explicitly opted in

• You will include required unsubscribe mechanisms

• You will not send spam, deceptive, or abusive content

To protect deliverability, Nashra may temporarily limit or review accounts with high bounce rates, spam complaints, or suspicious activity.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Nashra to:

• Send unsolicited or bulk spam

• Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights

• Distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content

• Impersonate another person or entity

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Nashra require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

• You may cancel at any time via account settings

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period

• No further charges will occur

Nashra may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of Nashra is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• You own your data and subscriber lists

• Nashra does not sell or rent user data
