Welcome to Nashra. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nashra’s website, application, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Nashra, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
About Nashra
Nashra is a publishing and newsletter platform that enables users to create, manage, and distribute written content and email newsletters to their audiences.
Nashra acts solely as a technology provider. We do not control, review, or endorse user content.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nashra. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Account Registration
To use Nashra, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
User Content & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or send using Nashra, including posts, emails, and subscriber data (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of your content
- Ensuring you have permission to contact your subscribers
- Complying with applicable email and data protection laws
Nashra does not pre-review content but reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Email Sending & Deliverability
Nashra uses third-party email delivery providers (such as Mailgun) to send emails.
You agree that:
- You will only send emails to subscribers who have explicitly opted in
- You will include required unsubscribe mechanisms
- You will not send spam, deceptive, or abusive content
To protect deliverability, Nashra may temporarily limit or review accounts with high bounce rates, spam complaints, or suspicious activity.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Nashra to:
- Send unsolicited or bulk spam
- Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights
- Distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior
Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.
API & Integrations
Nashra provides a public API and official integrations (including our WordPress plugin) that allow you to send and receive data to and from your Nashra account.
By using the API or any official integration, you agree that:
- API tokens are confidential credentials. You are responsible for generating, storing, rotating, and revoking your tokens, and for all activity performed using them.
- You will only transmit subscriber data through the API or integrations for which you have a lawful basis and the necessary permissions, including any required opt-in consent.
- We may apply reasonable rate limits, request size limits, and abuse-prevention measures. We may temporarily restrict or revoke access if usage threatens the stability or security of the Service.
- Official integrations are provided as-is and may be updated, deprecated, or removed. Backwards-incompatible API changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
- Third-party integrations not published by Nashra are governed by their own terms and are subject to Section 11 (Third-Party Services).
Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of Nashra require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You may cancel at any time via account settings
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.
Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will occur
Nashra may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Data & Privacy
Your use of Nashra is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use it, where it’s stored, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Key principles:
- You own your content and subscriber lists
- Nashra does not sell or rent user data
- Data is stored securely using industry-standard practices, including encryption in transit and at rest
- Personal data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, as detailed in the Privacy Policy
Third-Party Services
Nashra may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
Service Availability
Nashra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Nashra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Nashra is not responsible for data loss, delivery issues, or business losses
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nashra harmless from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nashra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We will notify you via email about the changes / updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
