Sub-processors
To operate the Service, Nashra engages a small number of trusted third-party providers (“sub-processors”) that process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by contractual obligations and only processes data to perform the functions we have engaged them for.
This page complements the Privacy Policy and lists our current sub-processors.
Current Sub-processors

- PostHog (United States) — Product analytics and performance monitoring
- Laravel Nightwatch (United States) — Infrastructure and application monitoring
- Anthropic (United States) — AI-assisted content and abuse classification
- Akismet (United States) — Anti-spam and fraud-prevention checks
- Not Just Tickets Limited (United States) — Support platform (Plain)
- Salesforce, Inc. (United States) — Team communication (Slack)
Changes & Notifications
We review our sub-processors regularly and may add or replace them as the Service evolves. When we make a material change to this list, we will update the version and “last updated” date at the top of this page.
